COURSES:

~ What is Hatha Flow: Karolina's Signature Class is a personal fusion crafted from her yoga journey in Asia.

It blends the wisdom of Hatha, the flow of Vinyasa, the depth of Tantra & the discipline of Ashtanga.
Every session is guided by conscious breathing, often using Ujjayi & shaped by years of practice in nature & diverse cultures.

From immersing herself later in the Mexican jungle exploring shamanic traditions, to experiencing Panchakarma in Sri Lanka, she is a perpetual explorer of the human body & psyche.

A mystic at heart, she is driven by an endless quest for self-knowledge.

Beyond postures, Karolina shares life insights that offer a transformative experience, one that brings each person back to their own heart.

Karolina speaks the language of the soul, guiding others to reconnect with their own humanity.

_____

~ What is Vinyasa?

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where movement is synchronized with breath. Postures flow seamlessly from one to another, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, balance & focus. Guided by conscious breathing, Vinyasa cultivates both physical vitality & mental clarity while inviting practitioners to stay fully present in the moment.

~ What is Hatha Flow?

A balanced practice that blends the grounding principles of traditional Hatha Yoga with the fluidity of mindful movement. Through conscious breathing, gentle transitions & intentional postures, this class helps build strength, flexibility, balance & inner calm, leaving you feeling both energized & centered.

_____

~ What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to release deeply held tension. By targeting the connective tissues, joints & fascia, Yin promotes flexibility, relaxation & inner stillness. It offers a valuable opportunity to slow down, restore balance & reconnect with yourself.

~ What is Cyclical Yoga? (Class only for Women)

Cyclical Yoga is a practice designed specifically for women, adapting movement, breathwork & relaxation techniques to the different phases of the menstrual cycle. Rather than pushing against the body’s natural rhythms, this approach honors them, supporting hormonal balance, energy management, emotional well-being & a deeper connection with feminine wisdom.

~ What are Pelvic Floor Classes? (Class only for Women)

Pelvic Floor Classes are designed to strengthen, release & restore awareness of the pelvic floor muscles. Through mindful movement, breathwork & targeted exercises, these classes support core stability, posture, hormonal health & overall well-being. They can also enhance sexual well-being & body awareness, while offering valuable support during pregnancy, preparation for birth, postpartum recovery & the different stages of a woman’s life. This practice invites women to reconnect with one of the most essential yet often overlooked areas of the body.

~ What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of consciously working with the breath to influence the nervous system, energy levels & emotional state. Through specific breathing techniques, participants can cultivate greater calm, focus, vitality & self-awareness. The breath becomes a powerful tool for regulating stress & reconnecting with the present moment.

_____

~ What is Executive Mind Course? (on demand)

Designed for CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives & professionals, this course provides practical tools to regulate the nervous system, manage stress effectively & maintain mental clarity under pressure. Through a combination of breathwork, mindfulness, neuroscience-based techniques & mental training, you’ll learn how to stay calm in challenging situations, make better decisions, improve focus, strengthen emotional resilience & lead with greater confidence. These skills are designed to be applied not only in the workplace, but in every aspect of daily life, helping you perform at your highest potential while protecting your long-term well-being.

_____

~ What is Heart Opening Flow?

This is a Vinyasa-based class designed to gently & progressively open the heart space through breath-led movement, mindful sequencing, & heart-opening postures, including accessible & deeper backbends.

The practice focuses on creating space in the chest, shoulders & upper back, while also building the strength & stability of the core, legs, & shoulders needed to support safe & sustainable backbending. Through this balance of effort & ease, students are guided to explore openness in both body & breath.

Each class includes pranayama (breathwork) & intentional transitions to encourage presence, grounding & awareness. As the practice unfolds, tension in the front body is gradually released, supporting improved posture, freer breathing & a greater sense of energetic expansion.

Beyond the physical dimension, Heart Opening Flow invites a deeper exploration of qualities such as openness, trust & compassion, encouraging practitioners to move with both strength &  softness, on & off the mat.

_____

~ What is Bhakti Flow?

Bhakti flow is a combination of Vinyasa (breath-synchronized movement) with Bhakti (the yoga of devotion & the heart). This class is more than just movement, it is an invitation to flow from the heart. Through creative vinyasa sequences, inspiring music & mindful awareness, this class invites you to cultivate devotion & transform movement into a celebration of presence, connection to yourself & joy.

_____

~ What is Mindfulness Yoga?

Mindfulness Yoga is a gentle, intentional practice that brings awareness to the present moment through movement, breath, and observation. Rather than focusing on achievement or performance, the emphasis is on noticing sensations, thoughts & emotions with curiosity & acceptance. Slow, mindful transitions & conscious breathing help cultivate calm, clarity & a deeper connection with the body. This practice offers space to slow down, reduce stress & develop greater presence both on & off the mat.

_____

~What is Yogasana Class?

Born in Athens and having spent ten years in the UK, Romi recently returned home, bringing with her a thoughtful and deeply grounded approach to yoga.

Since her teenage years, she has been exploring meditation, visualization, and breathwork as ways of finding stillness and connecting more deeply with herselt. That journey naturally led her to yoga, a practice that beautifully unites body, breath, and mind.

Romi’s classes are inspired by Yogasana, a dynamic practice that combines mindful movement, conscious breathing, thoughtful sequencing, and alignment.

Rooted in yoga philosophy, every movement is offered with intention, creating a practice that is both energizing and deeply grounding.

Open to all levels, Romi offers plenty of variations so everyone can meet the practice where they are. Her intention is simple: to help you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected-both physically and mentally.
